Our Pumpkin Seed Protein is created by carefully separating the oils from the seeds, which makes a wonderful high protein, high fiber and low-fat product that can be easily added to yogurt, smoothies, soups, protein shakes, porridge and more. It can also be used as a substitute for flour.
Pumpkin seeds are full of essential minerals such as zinc, magnesium, and iron and are an excellent source of a B-complex group of vitamins and vitamin E, as well as essential amino acids.
