The Kombu kelp (Laminaria ochroleuca) has a brown color, it is hand-picked and dehydrated at low temperatures (within 38°C). Its consistency is fleshy and crunchy, its flavor is sharp.
You need to rehydrate and cook it for 20 minutes to use as a side dish or as an ingredient for: soups, stews, croquettes, omelets, pasta, rice, couscous.
Perfect to use while cooking legumes.
There may be a white coating on the seaweed: this is a completely natural phenomenon due to the presence of naturally occurring salts.
This product is naturally high in iodine. We recommend using this product in small quantities and sporadically, for example: 1 g dried seaweed per week, per person.
